SHIPPING POLICY

Please read this Shipping Policy carefully before using the www.naturelyessentials.com website (the “Service”) operated by Breakthrough Labz (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

TURNAROUND

If all of the product is in stock at our shipping hub (960 N Hills Road, York, PA 17402) at the time the order is placed, the order will be shipped within 24 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm.

If we do not have the product in stock at our shipping hub (960 N Hills Road, York, PA 17402) at the time the order is placed, the order will be shipped within 24 hours of the time they arrive at our shipping hub (960 N Hills Road, York, PA 17402) Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm and Saturday, 8am – 2pm. This is the scenario with any “Backordered” products.

Most shipments should arrive within 5 days of the placement of the order, depending on the recipient’s location.

CARRIERS

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

USPS (1-3 Day Priority Mail Shipping)

ORDER TRACKING

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

SHIPPING RATES

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is $7.99 flat rate shipping. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

When an order is placed, it will be shipping to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this Web Site.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do not ship internationally. We only ship within the United States.

BACK ORDERS

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
